We recently collaborated with design studio Narrative and developer Ikon on a series of CGI visuals for Fabrix, crafting a vibrant creative office environment that blends biophilic calm with tactile modernism.

Digital3dworks was brought on board to visualise a highly textural and human-centric workspace through realistic, mood-balanced CGI renders. Each scene was crafted with care to highlight not only design form and layout, but the emotional tone of the environment—making it ready for everything from investor presentations to marketing rollouts.

The Spiral Core

A pink spiral staircase anchors the open-plan space—playful yet sculptural. The surrounding scene is softened by pale timber textures, tonal chairs, curated art, and quiet greenery, striking a perfect balance between fun and functionality.

CGI focus: soft light gradients, pastel contrast detailing, organic texture realism, playful feature anchoring.

The Upper Studio

High ceilings, suspended greenery, and layered artwork lend this studio space a sense of brightness and clarity. Natural wood finishes ground the open layout while custom joinery frames work zones intuitively.

CGI focus: natural daylight accuracy, ceiling shadow mapping, plant realism, elevated yet grounded ambience.

The Welcome Room

An elegant reception-lounge hybrid features circular soft seating, sculptural lighting, and feature art walls. Contrasts of deep velvet tones and pale oak accents set the mood—elevated, warm, and slightly eclectic.

CGI focus: compositional rhythm, colour and material contrast, depth rendering, editorial-style storytelling.
