Digital3DWorks x KI Europe – Workplace Showroom, Clerkenwell London

Project OverviewWe were commissioned to create a series of workplace CGI renderings for KI Europe, in collaboration with Narrative (design) and IKON Group (contractor).

Unveiled during Clerkenwell Design Week 2025, the new KI x Bejot showroom spans over 650 sqm across two floors, blending workplace, hospitality, and education functions into a modern and flexible environment. Our photorealistic CGI visuals helped communicate the design intent ahead of the launch, highlighting KI’s 30th anniversary in the UK and reinforcing its presence at the heart of London’s design district.

Individual Room Visuals

🔸 Showroom Kitchenette & LoungeA welcoming space designed for informal meetings and social interaction. Warm tones, Epocc barstools, and signature lighting create a contemporary hospitality feel.

CGI focus: material realism (timber + textiles), lighting atmosphere, furniture detail, spatial storytelling.

🔸 Workspace & Staircase LobbyThe open-plan workplace integrates modular desking with abundant natural light, framed by bold stair architecture. Acoustic solutions and greenery add to the comfort and clarity of the environment.
