Digital3DWorks was commissioned to create a series of high-end workplace CGI visualisations for Whitepaper’s design proposal at 138 Cheapside, London, covering the Lower Ground, First Floor and Sixth Floor workplace environments.

This project demonstrates how contemporary workplace design continues to evolve beyond traditional office layouts, blending hospitality-inspired interiors, collaborative spaces and flexible working environments into a cohesive workplace experience. Through a carefully curated palette of natural timber, textured finishes, soft lighting and bespoke furniture, the design creates a welcoming atmosphere that encourages both productivity and social interaction.
