10 Chiswell Street Workplace CGI & Animation
Project Overview
Digital3DWorks collaborated with Whitepaper to produce workplace CGI and animation for 10 Chiswell Street, London. The series explores Whitepaper’s interior design through photorealistic views of the lounges, café, collaboration spaces and open-plan office.

From close-up material details to panoramic views and an axonometric plan, the images describe both the atmosphere of individual spaces and the relationships across the workplace.

Arrival Lounge
A curved cream sofa and olive chairs create an informal welcome, framed by timber flooring and a softly illuminated tiled divider. Views into adjacent work and meeting areas keep the lounge connected to the wider office.
CGI focus: soft indirect lighting, upholstery texture and spatial depth.
Workplace Breakout
Green cabinetry, a striped splashback and shared tables give the café a distinct identity. Cream and terracotta seating introduces warmth, while full-height glazing brings daylight into the social space.

Collaboration Lounge
Terracotta sofas and dark green chairs are arranged around a geometric rug. Timber wall finishes and recessed booth seating give this central setting a warm, layered character.

Lounge
A curved sofa and grouped armchairs sit beside full-height glazing, with metallic coffee tables adding contrast. The view connects informal seating with the nearby workstations.

Open-Plan Office Panorama
This wide view brings together workstation banks, informal seating and enclosed booths. The panoramic composition makes the relationship between individual work and shared spaces easy to read.

Collaboration & Office Panorama
A reverse panoramic view shows the central collaboration area between workstations and the arrival spaces. Furniture groups and changes in finishes help distinguish the different settings.

Axonometric Office Plan
The cutaway view brings the workplace layout into a single image, showing desks, enclosed meeting rooms, booths and social areas. It complements the eye-level CGI with a clear overview of the arrangement.
