Project Overview
Digital3DWorks was commissioned to create a series of high-end workplace CGI visualisations for Whitepaper’s design proposal at 138 Cheapside, London, covering the Lower Ground, First Floor and Sixth Floor workplace environments.
This project demonstrates how contemporary workplace design continues to evolve beyond traditional office layouts, blending hospitality-inspired interiors, collaborative spaces and flexible working environments into a cohesive workplace experience. Through a carefully curated palette of natural timber, textured finishes, soft lighting and bespoke furniture, the design creates a welcoming atmosphere that encourages both productivity and social interaction.
Our photorealistic CGI renderings were developed to communicate the design intent with clarity and realism, supporting presentations, stakeholder engagement and workplace marketing initiatives.
Arrival Lounge & Reception
The arrival experience establishes the project's hospitality-led design language. Rich burgundy seating, warm timber detailing and elegant lighting fixtures create a welcoming destination that feels more like a private members' club than a traditional office reception.

Workplace Café & Social Hub
Designed as a flexible social destination, the café environment supports informal meetings, team gatherings and daily workplace interaction. Natural stone tables, upholstered seating and warm textures create a comfortable setting throughout the day.

Collaboration & Breakout Spaces
A series of informal collaboration areas encourage spontaneous interaction and creative discussion. Carefully balanced lighting and soft finishes create a relaxed environment that supports hybrid working cultures.
