We recently collaborated with the team at GPDA to visualise a set of CGIs for 23 Finsbury Circus, a landmark development in the heart of London’s financial district.

Our brief was to capture the interplay of heritage architecture and modern interior reinvention—with visuals that highlight spatial flow, material texture, and subtle lighting transitions across different times of day.

These high-end CGI renders were crafted for use in leasing presentations, client decks, and strategic marketing campaigns.

The Streetscape – Day & Night

A timeless facade brought to life through dynamic CGI. The day view showcases atmospheric London weather and pedestrian interaction, while the night render brings out architectural illumination and street-level ambience. Both versions serve different storytelling moments in the leasing narrative.

CGI focus: realism in urban context, wet surface reflections, dynamic light balance, animated city life.

The Reception

A striking, double-height lobby designed for first impressions. Natural materials are complemented by a dramatic vertical green wall, custom seating, and rich terracotta drapery framing city views. The space transitions seamlessly from reception to informal meetings.

CGI focus: verticality, natural texture rendering, depth-of-field composition, and layered lighting.

Built with Purpose

This visual toolkit helps convey a clear and compelling narrative—giving stakeholders an immediate sense of the project’s tone and potential. From on-site signage to brochures and digital campaigns, the images provide high-impact, flexible assets.
