Digital3DWorks x Whitepaper – Manor Place
Project Overview
Digital3DWorks was commissioned to produce a series of high-end architectural CGI visuals for Manor Place, designed by Whitepaper.
This project combines heritage-inspired residential architecture with contemporary visual storytelling, showcasing how photorealistic CGI can communicate both design intent and atmosphere with clarity and realism.
Our visuals focused on capturing the character of the development through warm natural lighting, material authenticity, and carefully balanced urban context integration. Alongside the exterior architectural visuals, we also developed internal CGI studies highlighting the transformation of the industrial warehouse structure and the introduction of the contemporary cage football intervention.
The imagery was created to support design presentations, stakeholder communication, and architectural storytelling throughout the development process.

Exterior Residential Streetscape
Description
A refined streetscape visual showcasing the Manor Place façade within its surrounding urban environment. The architecture blends traditional brick detailing, stone framing, and contemporary residential proportions to create a timeless London character.
Golden-hour lighting was used to enhance the warmth of the brick textures while soft environmental reflections and subtle street activity helped reinforce realism and atmosphere.

Existing Industrial Hall – Interior Base Space
Description
This visual captures the original industrial character of the internal hall space before intervention. The exposed steel framework, skylight structure, and aged brickwork establish a strong architectural identity rooted in industrial heritage.
Natural daylight was carefully balanced to emphasise scale, openness, and structural rhythm across the large-volume interior.

Internal Cage Football Intervention
Description
The final interior visual introduces the contemporary cage football installation within the restored industrial hall. The intervention contrasts modern black steel architecture against the existing heritage shell, creating a bold adaptive reuse narrative.
The CGI highlights the relationship between old and new, with controlled artificial lighting integrated beneath the suspended structure while preserving the original daylight quality from the roof glazing.
