Crafting Community-Oriented Living at 36 Birchanger

Digital3dworks partnered with GPAD to visualise a new kind of suburban living—one where architecture and nature intertwine to create a warm, human-scaled environment. The visual narrative at 36 Birchanger is built around rhythm, material tactility, and everyday joy.

Our task was to produce CGI imagery that communicates the richness of the brickwork detailing and the intimacy of a community-focused street scene. With sculptural forms, greenery-laced façades, and thoughtful people placement, the visual strikes a balance between architectural identity and lifestyle storytelling.

The Walkway

Set against a soft sky and framed by lush trees, the gently curving façade creates visual rhythm. A combination of recessed brickwork, curved parapets, and climbing greenery delivers a textured, lived-in look. The active street edge features families and neighbours interacting, grounding the space in everyday life.
