65 Petty France - London
Digital3dworks x GPDA
65 Petty France, London
We recently partnered with GPDA to deliver a key CGI visual for 65 Petty France, a carefully reimagined office development in the heart of Westminster.
This visual captures the architectural balance between classic London brickwork and the sleek new rooftop extension, offering a bold update to a historic address.
Digital3dworks was commissioned to create a CGI that would help support planning, stakeholder engagement, and early marketing campaigns. The result is a cinematic image with refined realism—highlighting materiality, street context, and human scale.
The Exterior
This CGI presents a rain-washed London street scene, activated with real movement and daily energy. From the dark stone cladding at ground level to the contrasting light brick and glass rooftop, the architecture expresses a confident layering of old and new.
CGI focus:
Urban realism with weather FX
Mixed-material transitions (brick, stone, and glass)
Human scale interaction & storytelling through composition
Evening light balance with warm glazing details

Built with Visual Purpose
Created with clarity, mood, and realism in mind, this image was designed to support multiple communication channels—from early investor decks and press releases to social media campaigns.
At Digital3dworks, we produce CGI imagery that conveys design intent with impact—helping clients like GPDA bring their vision to life with precision and polish.
