We recently partnered with GPDA to deliver a key CGI visual for 65 Petty France, a carefully reimagined office development in the heart of Westminster.

This visual captures the architectural balance between classic London brickwork and the sleek new rooftop extension, offering a bold update to a historic address.

Digital3dworks was commissioned to create a CGI that would help support planning, stakeholder engagement, and early marketing campaigns. The result is a cinematic image with refined realism—highlighting materiality, street context, and human scale.

The Exterior

This CGI presents a rain-washed London street scene, activated with real movement and daily energy. From the dark stone cladding at ground level to the contrasting light brick and glass rooftop, the architecture expresses a confident layering of old and new.
