Project Overview
Digital3DWorks collaborated with B3 Designers to create a series of photorealistic hospitality CGI renderings for Brasserie Olivia London, a new restaurant concept developed for La Nouvelle Garde.
As the brand's first restaurant outside France, Brasserie Olivia presented an exciting opportunity to translate the atmosphere and character of a traditional Parisian brasserie into a contemporary London setting. The project demanded a collection of high-end visualisations capable of communicating the design vision, guest experience and architectural identity long before completion.
Our CGI imagery was developed to support design presentations, stakeholder approvals and marketing initiatives, helping the design team showcase every aspect of the venue with clarity, realism and confidence. Through carefully balanced lighting, detailed material representation and atmospheric storytelling, the visualisations capture the warmth, elegance and personality at the heart of the project.
Brasserie Olivia Exterior
Positioned prominently on a London street corner, Brasserie Olivia establishes a strong visual identity from the moment guests arrive. The exterior design combines the timeless character of a European brasserie with contemporary hospitality detailing, creating a welcoming destination that feels both familiar and distinctive.

Record Library Lounge
One of the venue's most characterful spaces, the Record Library Lounge offers a more intimate hospitality experience inspired by music, culture and conversation. Bespoke timber joinery, curated artwork and integrated record displays combine to create a warm and memorable environment that encourages guests to relax and linger.

At the heart of the restaurant sits a striking seafood counter and feature bar, designed to become a focal point within the dining experience. Rich stone finishes, illuminated architectural elements and carefully layered materials create a sense of luxury while celebrating the theatre of hospitality.

The primary dining space combines elegant furniture selections, feature chandeliers and a carefully curated palette of textures and finishes. Large glazed openings strengthen the connection between the interior and surrounding streetscape while filling the space with natural light throughout the day.
