Bringing Community-First Workspaces to Life at Melody Lane

We recently collaborated with GPDA on a visual identity series for Melody Works at Melody Lane, an urban campus concept that blends workspace, social interaction, and vibrant placemaking. Set within a repurposed industrial setting, the goal was to reflect both the creative energy and community spirit of the location.

Digital3dworks was commissioned to deliver atmospheric CGI renders that showcase the architectural intent and playful charm of the development. The visuals had to serve a dual purpose—energizing tenant engagement while supporting brand and leasing strategies.

The Yard at Melody Works

A layered courtyard experience forms the beating heart of Melody Works. Textured brick walls meet corrugated steel façades and greenery-topped rooftops, stitched together by festoon lighting and activated ground art. The space invites interaction—designed as much for daytime commerce as it is for evening social gatherings.
