St. James’s Place
Digital3DWorks x TDA – St. James’s Place, London
At Digital3DWorks, we collaborated with TDA to create CGI visuals for St. James’s Place in London. The project brings together refined workplace design with hospitality-led interiors, showcasing a balance between legacy, professionalism and contemporary workplace culture.
The aim was to communicate a sophisticated office environment where client-facing spaces, collaborative zones and focused work areas feel connected through a consistent material palette, calm lighting and carefully considered interior detailing.
The Café & Collaboration Hub
A contemporary social space with terrazzo flooring, light timbers and a soft blue-grey ceiling grid. Designed for casual interaction, coffee breaks, informal meetings and moments of connection throughout the working day.
This area plays an important role in creating a hospitality-led workplace experience, where employees and visitors can move away from traditional desk settings into a more relaxed, social environment.
CGI focus: lifestyle realism, material detailing, natural light ambience, hospitality atmosphere.

The Reception
A bright, welcoming arrival space with a sleek curved desk, soft green walls and integrated branding. A refined blend of modern finishes and corporate identity.
The reception visualisation focused on presenting a clear first impression of the workplace, combining brand presence with calm, professional interiors. Lighting, reflections, wall finishes and signage were carefully balanced to create a realistic and polished arrival experience.
CGI focus: tonal balance, branding integration, lighting accuracy, arrival experience.

The Breakout & Meeting Corners
Informal lounge seating framed by greenery, light wood panelling and layered lighting. Spaces designed for relaxed discussions, focus work, short meetings and informal collaboration.
These smaller workplace moments help communicate how the office supports different working styles throughout the day. The CGI imagery was developed to show comfort, human scale and atmosphere while keeping the design language consistent with the wider project.
CGI focus: human scale realism, composition clarity, atmosphere, furniture and planting detail.

The Open Workspace
Expansive desk layouts framed by city views, muted tones and soft material contrasts. A modern office designed for focus, collaboration and everyday productivity.
For the open workspace, the visualisation needed to show both scale and clarity. Desk layouts, ceiling details, lighting levels and exterior views were carefully composed to communicate a professional yet comfortable working environment.
CGI focus: workplace flow, daylight rendering, material precision, spatial clarity.

A Modern London Workplace
Our CGI work highlights how St. James’s Place integrates refined design details with adaptable workplace environments, supporting productivity, collaboration and well-being in the heart of London.
By combining architectural accuracy with atmospheric visual storytelling, Digital3DWorks helped present the project as a polished, hospitality-inspired workplace that feels both professional and welcoming.
This project demonstrates how workplace CGI visualisation can support design communication, stakeholder presentations and project marketing before a space is physically completed. It also highlights the value of photorealistic rendering in helping architects, designers, developers and occupiers review workplace concepts long before construction and fit-out works are completed.
Through carefully crafted CGI imagery, project teams can evaluate materials, lighting strategies, furniture arrangements and user experience while maintaining a clear visual narrative throughout the design process. The result is a more informed decision-making process and a stronger connection between design intent and final delivery.
