We recently collaborated with GPDA to craft a striking CGI visual for their bold new commercial project on Union Street, Southwark.

This contemporary design sits confidently between old and new, using a structural steel exoskeleton and fully glazed façade to create both contrast and cohesion in its urban setting.

Digital3dworks was commissioned to produce an architectural CGI that would communicate the dynamic quality of the proposal—supporting both planning communications and early marketing phases. The result is a vivid, immersive image that speaks directly to urban regeneration and progressive design.

The Union Street Corner

This exterior CGI captures a crisp morning scene at the gateway to Union Street. The architecture leans into an industrial-modern aesthetic with strong black steel gridlines, softened by vegetation, natural timber finishes, and glazed openness across each level.
